After purchasing, you'll receive a link to complete a short onboarding form. Once submitted, your unique Australian address will be assigned within 24 hours and sent straight to your inbox. Easy as!

Each MailMe account is linked to one name for mail identification and security purposes. If you're traveling together, you'll each need your own account to receive mail in your own name. The good news? You can both use the same forwarding address when needed!

Your MailMe address is a mailing address, not a residential address. It's great for receiving mail, but it won't work as proof of where you physically live (like for voting or local council matters). For those, you'll need to use your actual accommodation address.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and cancellation is not available during your Subscription Period. Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of your chosen 6-month or 12-month Subscription Period.

We store your mail for 90 days from the date it arrives. After that, uncollected items are securely destroyed. If you need more time, just reach out and we can arrange an extension.

If you no longer wish for MailMe to open and scan your mail,
please contact us in writing at info@mailmeapp.com.au.

We will immediately stop opening your mail and store it
unopened.
